Summary 

Approved Document T provides technical guidance on how to comply with Part T of Schedule 1 of the Building Regulations 20101. Including the design and layout of universal toilets, ambulant toilets and toilet cubicles. 

It applies to new buildings, not including dwellings or buildings undergoing a material change of use. 

This approved document is for use in England.
